Director of Audiology

Dr. Lee Cottrell obtained his undergraduate degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2007. He then received a Masters in Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2009 and a Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2011. Dr. Cottrell earned his Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 2011. He has been a fellow in the American Academy of Audiology since 2017. Dr. Cottrell serves on the American Academy of Audiology Government Relations Committee. He is adjunct faculty with Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. As a clinical audiologist Dr. Cottrell provides comprehensive audiologic services for adult and pediatric patients including diagnostic testing, amplification, and vestibular testing for balance disorders.

Audiologist

Dr. Andrea Leonard achieved her Doctorate of Audiology May of 2016 from the University of Tennessee. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Truman State University in 2011. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Dr. Leonard provides comprehensive audiologic services for adult and pediatric patients including diagnostic testing, amplification, cochlear implants, and vestibular testing for balance disorders.

Dr. Sarah Post achieved her Bachelor of Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2008 and her Doctorate of Audiology from Auburn University in 2013. She earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association in 2013. As a clinical audiologist, Dr. Post provides comprehensive diagnostic services to our adult and pediatric patients including testing, amplification with hearing aids, and vestibular testing for balance disorders. Dr. Post is also fluent in American Sign Language, as both of her parents are deaf, this is where her interest in Audiology began.

Karen Rutherford obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University in 1978 and her Masters in Audiology from East Tennessee State University in 1980. She completed an Audiology Clinical Fellowship in 1981 in Long Beach, CA. She earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 1999. Karen provides comprehensive diagnostic services to our adult and pediatric patients including testing, amplification with hearing aids or cochlear implants, and vestibular testing for balance disorders.
